GENERAL PROCEDURES AND HIS DARK INDIE DREAMWAVE STORIES

With the fitting title of Eloquent, Stockholm producer/designer Erik Ceder’s (General Procedures) first EP holds 4 tracks of pure instrumental. Produced and mixed in Autumn of 2017, and released on March 1st, Eloquent feels like a hypnotic and melancholy morning walk through a dew-covered forest.

The stand-out focal point of the mixtape is the debut single, Stories, which blends sounds of indie, electronica, and a touch of shoegaze and an ability to pacify any disgruntled human being. The biggest stand-out of the track is most certainly the seemingly infinite & complex mix of ambient layers that I lose myself to for the 5:03 track time.
