JAMES STREET SUPERCRAWL 2016

One of Hamilton’s most anticipated events is back and better than ever. The eighth annual James Street Supercrawl will take place on September 9-11 on James Street in Hamilton, Ontario. For those of you who don’t know what the Supercrawl is, it’s an annual art and indie festival that is held in Hamilton. This year’s headliners will include; The Strumbellas, Matt Anderson & the Bona Fide, The Trews, Fucked Up, Four Tet, Junior Boys, and Sharon and Bram, so it is sure to be amazing. We haven’t even told you the best part yet… the event is completely free! What could be better than a weekend full of free art and music?

In addition to the free festival, Supercrawl will also be hosting two ticketed events. The Rural Alberta Advantage will be playing the first ticketed show on Wednesday July 6th at Mills Hardware in Hamilton. Tickets are $14.99 and can be purchased on ticketfly.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $20, but space is extremely limited.

 

Hollerado will be playing the second show on Friday August 12th at the Collective Arts Brewing. Tickets are available on ticketfly.com for $19.99, or can be purchased at the door for $30.

 

With so much diverse talent, this festival will be sure not to disappoint. It will definitely be worth it to make the trip to Hamilton this September.
