From a small band that no one knew about, to an amazing band playing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Young the Giant sure has come a long way. On August 4th, the alternative-rock band performed two songs off of their upcoming album, “Home of the Strange”, which will be released on August 12TH. YTG gave a stellar performance with their songs “Something to Believe in” and “Silvertongue”. The lead singer, Sameer, was truly amazing and sang every single word with passion. Young the Giant is a band that never disappoints when they perform. The live version of their songs sounds identical to their recorded versions, which makes me even more excited to see them in concert in Toronto this September.
