Having never heard of KNGDVD before I wasn’t sure what to expect but this track could be the next big thing in alternative pop/electronic music. “Poppies” is a hot and heavy banger that exudes sex and seduction. His voice is infectious and the effect attached to it fits the messy digital musicality of the song. There’s a lot going on in the background that grabs your attention while you focus on the words that are meant for the bedroom.

“Take off your clothes, let me ravage your body I don’t need drugs when your lips are like poppies,” the lyrics follow this submissive narrative throughout the song as KNGDVD stresses that he would do anything to satisfy his lover. Put this song on late at night or early in the morning, it really doesn’t matter because it’ll put you in the mood at any time of the day.

Check out the rest of KNGDVD’s music and follow him on Spotify, Soundcloud, YouTube and wherever else you can keep up to date with his music because you won’t want to forget about him.

It's not that often that I find acoustic songs completely fulfilling. Prom Queen Crown by Rallie and Coal however has all the needed elements. Captivating chord progressions, beautiful vocals and subtle progression to provide expanding elements.

Brooklyn Semhar waxes melancholic and laments a family divided on “Daddy.” This track is a smouldering, slow-burning groove that pulls itself along with all the moodiness of its subject matter. It is arranged beautifully, and reflects a refreshing jazz influence in its...
