After performing together at the CMA Awards on November 2nd, Beyoncé and The Dixie Chicks have officially teamed up to rerelease the song “Daddy Lessons” together.

The original song was a part of Beyonce’s second visual album “Lemonade” which dropped on April 23rd of this year. It was the song on the album that deviated most from Beyoncé’s classic hip-hop vibe, sounding far more “country”.

The Dixie Chicks first covered the song while performing in Manchester, England on April 30th, and they continued to perform the song as part of their touring set list for the duration of their time in Europe and North America. (1)
