Scott Quinn released newest single ‘Know Me’ on February 3rd. The British artist put out his first solo EP in February 2015. Since this release, almost exactly two years ago, the 24-year-old has released one other single, ‘Delicate’ before this most recent song.

About his song Quinn said, “In a world that can feel superficial and disconnected, being known deeply by another is a rare and powerful thing. Know Me is about finding someone, or rather someone finding you, at a time when you feel like you've lost yourself.”

‘Know Me’ was debuted on BBC Introducing North Yorkshire. Produced by Jamie Reddington (Raye, Ritual, etc.), this song is an electronic take on Alt Pop. The synth is reminiscent of gospel harmonies. This combined with the classic electronic beat gives the song an R&B vibe to it. Quinn’s voice is unlike a lot of the other voices on the radio right now. It has a distinctive and interesting sound to it, that makes it intriguing. ‘Know Me’ is a great single, and hopefully will lead to some momentum, and perhaps even a long overdue second EP.
