KYLAN ROAD - "HERE NOW"

February 15, 2017

Kylan Road is an LA/ Chicago based duo. Known mostly for their covers, “Here Now” is their latest single, which is an original. The two members are James Paek (Vocals/ Producer/ Lyricist) and David Brunelle (Guitarist/ Arranger/ Producer). They co-wrote “Here Now.”

The song itself is a very standard indie pop song. The bass line isn’t very complicated and the beat is pretty simple. During the bridge they use the synth in an interesting way to distort Paek’s voice and create harmony lines.

Kylan Road “hope to tell stories that remind us all of our humanity” with their music.
