Since his breakthrough single nearly five years ago "Ship and the Globe", Montreal artist Kae Sun has been very selective with his releases. However, the dry spell is coming to an end his upcoming "Canary EP" has landed a spot on CBC's list of "10 Canadian Albums to look forward to in 2017"

"Flip the Rules" is a single off the anticipated EP which was released earlier this month. The song showcases Sun's signiture sound of electronic beats mixed with poetic lyrics and vocals that can be described as a smooth mixture of pop, soul and folk traditions.

We can expect the release of "Canary" in the spring of 2017, Sun says that the album can be best described with one word 'energy'. He's also telling his fans to stay tuned for big announcements coming up after the albums release.
