Lo Lytes brings us the official video for their second single titled “Hurting You,” a track that has pop and infidelity written all over it. Though the act of cheating is a customary topic of exploration within the pop scene, this duo manages to keep the theme refreshing with polished sound and visuals.
Comprised of singer, Jameson Morris and producer/multi-instrumentalist Rockwell Sands, the pair draw influence from artists like Jamiroquai, Daft Punk, and Bruno Mars. In the summer of 2017, they debuted their first single, “Losing My Mind,” an upbeat tune that looks at the dark side of partying.
Their latest video has an unexpected twist at the end which emphasizes that cheaters will ultimately get what they deserve. The plight of the modern cheater in action. Check out “Hurting You” here, and keep your eyes peeled for more to come with this promising duo.
