Hold me close to you, and run away with me.

Love can be quite the fickle bitch. One day, you have everything you’ve ever wanted it to give you. The next, you find it’s taken nearly everything from you. This doesn’t mean you’re at rock bottom; it means you have a choice. Fight for something, or let it die. In Nick de la Hoyde’s new track, Hold me Close, it’s clear he chose the former over the latter.

Internationally-acclaimed Australia-based singer/rapper Nick de la Hoyde has released a new track that bleeds love and dance vibes. Switching from beautiful vocals to bars and back, de la Hoyde pleads for his former lover to return to him to drive off into the sunset, never looking back.

Featured on MTV, The Huffington Post, and published on Billboard online magazine. Nick de la Hoyde’s roots are in Barcelona, Spain, where he began pursuing a professional soccer career. Soon discovering his love for music, de la Hoyde has been pairing with his producer brother Joseph (ZUZU) to create the next unique sound.

Brooklyn Semhar waxes melancholic and laments a family divided on “Daddy.” This track is a smouldering, slow-burning groove that pulls itself along with all the moodiness of its subject matter. It is arranged beautifully, and reflects a refreshing jazz influence in its...
