CAROLINE KOLE IS "FREAKING OUT!"

October 24, 2019

Rising Starstruck singer/songwriter Caroline Kole has released her new EP FREAKING OUT. PopMatters praised “lyrically, it's punchy, sarcastic, and frank, showcasing Kole's contagious personality at its forefront with a stellar vocal delivery.” The EP has already made an early splash on playlists including Spotify's Pop Right Now and Pop n' Fresh and Apple Music's Breaking Pop and Hot Tracks to name a few.

Her melodies are certainly powerful with wonderful layered harmonies and adlibs in just the right places. The production is a great balance of modern sound and raw acoustic.

FREAKING OUT! is home to current single “Missing Each Other,” which premiered with Billboard, who raved the “raw and reflective” track “showcases Kole’s airy vocals alongside seductive electronic beats and thumping rhythms.” The acclaimed magazine praised Kole’s sound and storytelling saying it “brings to mind pop mainstays Julia Michaels and Halsey.” Earlier this Summer, the “pop powerhouse” (PopDust) gave fans the first taste of what to expect to hear on FREAKING OUT! with “Easy” and “Karma,” featuring dance/electronic duo BRKLYN which The New Nine called “pop magic.”

“I’m freaking out about my life in general right now," shares Cole. "I feel this EP is an accumulation all of those emotions! I’m feeling sassy, uncertain, empowered, but overall I’m freaking out! I’m excited for this new chapter, and excited to share it with you all!”

Nashville-based pop artist Caroline Kole is a vivacious vocalist with a talent for crafting playful lyrics and earworm pop melodies. She began her career at the age of eight, playing beach bars in her hometown of Clearwater, FL. In her teenage years, Caroline moved to Nashville and begin touring internationally with Reba McEntire and playing stadiums and festivals with Blake Shelton among others. Now 22, years of writing and performing have led to an evolution of personality and sound, and the young artist is now releasing colorful pop music that draws influence from Twenty One Pilots, Julia Michaels, Katy Perry, Meghan Trainor and The Killers. She has been described as “a rainbow castle of candor” (EARMILK), a “pop powerhouse” (PopDust) and her music has been shared by musical masterminds The Chainsmokers, R3HAB and Kelly Clarkson.
